About Us –

Laura Young is the owner of Service Plus Medical Billing, Inc and has worked in medical billing since 1999. Over the years, she has handled a variety of billing including Outpatient Mental Health, Inpatient Mental Health, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Surgical and Telehealth Billing. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family with husband Neil, daughter Hunter and their loveable Labrador, Bear. She has a love for all animals especially dogs and enjoys hiking, camping and pretty much anything outdoors.

Our wonderful team of staff members successfully completed a program in medical billing and coding. They are highly trained, HIPAA compliant and experienced when it comes to all aspects of medical billing in addition to providing excellent customer service. They understand the need to maintain a professional and compassionate attitude with your patients at all times. With great attention to detail and accuracy, our billers follow correct billing procedures submitting claims in a timely manner each week with a proactive approach when following up on denials and incorrectly processed claims.
